OUR PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS CAN TAKE PLACE EITHER IN OUR RUSH, CO. DUBLIN CLINIC OR REMOTELY ONLINE
You have the option to work one-to-one with a personal trainer of if you prefer to share a personal training session with a friend or partner who has similar goals (and who can also act as an accountability partner!) Of course, we also provide the option to join a group class (online only). We can also run weekly classes for your club (Running, Athletic, Triathlon, Football) on request. Each session typically lasts for 30-40 minutes and are designed to suit your specific needs.
Having first arranged an initial consultation with you by phone/videocall to listen to your concerns and to ascertain your desired outcomes, timelines and training frequency, we will then put a suitable plan in place for you.
We have designed a number of training plans which run over a period of 4 weeks. These programmes have been designed with all ages and athletic abilities in mind.
